Wow customer service still exists!

I ordered some Xmas gifts through my playgroup from www.toysandmore.com.au. I got them a few weeks before xmas and wrapped them and eagerly awaited the kids reactions to their presents. Owen was excited by his game but when we went to play it we popped the battery in and nothing happened! I kept forgetting to email them about it but did it late last night. This morning there was a reply - a new game is on its way - just like that! I'm impressed (ok will be more impressed when it gets here working but givign them the benefit of the doubt here lol!
